Luxury Floatie partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

Because we ship directly from our global partners, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive, some will arrive in 2 weeks. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 3-5 weeks, some may arrive after 2 weeks. 
  • USA: Between 10 - 25 days (Some products 3-5 days)
  • Canada: Between 16 - 30 days 
  • Europe: Between 15 - 35 days (UK: 12-25 days)
  • Australia: Between 12 - 25 days
  • All Others: Between 20 - 50 days (ask and we will provide you with the information)

If you want the product couriered, we can also ship with Fedex, UPS, an DHL at extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for giving the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize the mistake please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has been shipped a refund can't be given unless you return the product.

When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo a verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, otherwise, your order will be canceled. The verification process takes a maximum of 2-4 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.
Can I have a tracking number?
Most of the products come with a tracking number. Rarely, some of our global suppliers do not always provide tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on "Track Your Order" in the Mail Menu.
If you didn't receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don't get sent automatically.


I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

What is your refund policy?

Please read our Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 60 days. Thanks for understanding!

What's with import duties?

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges. However, the tax is determined by buyers custom country, not by us, different countries have different tax rates, so if any duty tax is added then the buyer must bear the cost. Please check with your country‘s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

I send an Email but got no response?
Please check the email address that you sent it to and try again. Additionally, you can try and contact us over our Fanpage on Facebook. We will reply in under 24h.

If you receive the product are not satisfied or have any questions, please contact us immediately.
As the pictures were taken from different angles and light displays, hence the product may differ a little color difference.
Russian buyers must provide the full name of the recipient.
Brazil buyers please leave your CPF or CNPJ.
If the order is detained local customs, buyers are responsible for the customs clearance processing. Please see your own country's customs policies, we have no control over this.

  • SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Please contact us if you haven’t received your item within 30 days from payment.
  • NOTE: If the packaging of goods is damaged, please don’t sign.
Due to lighting, camera angle, manufacturing batches, degradation of images due to compression and other web tools, some colors may vary to the image shown, sizes are also measured by hand and there could be a 1-2cm in human error.
